Resort Policies

Cancellations are required 30 days in advance or initial deposit is retained with the option to apply it to another reservation in the next 12 months. A $50 fee will be charged for cancellations made before 30 days.

 All reservations 50% deposit @ time of booking.

All balances are due 30 days prior to arrival.  We are not responsible for weather conditions. We can also offer Gift Voucher Certificate for the deposit which you can use anytime in a one year period.

Smoking

We have a very strict ‘NO SMOKING IN ROOMS’ policy and each room has signs posted.  Any guests who smoke in any room will be charged an additional $250 for extra cleaning.  No exceptions.

Cleaning

All cottages, The Happy House and Seaview Bungalow have a one-time cleaning fee of $35.00.

Cancellations – Suites, HMS Sea Parrot and Tropical Cottage

• All cancellations or no-shows will be charged in full – no exceptions

Cancellations – Seaside Cottages and Happy House

• All cancellations or no-shows will be charged in full – no exceptions
